Creating opportunities for young people and adult caregivers to connect and build positive healthy relationships is essential to the health and well-being of young people, families, and communities.

Through our Positive Family Connections request for proposals, we are excited to fund continuous programming and activities that strengthen and build positive family relationships, particularly the relationship between young people ages 5-24 and their parent/adult caregivers.

We’re excited to announce the 11 awardees for our Positive Family Connections RFP!
