Community Circles are for early childhood providers who work with children prenatal-to-five years old in King County to connect with peers who have shared experiences. Participants meet in monthly small groups (April to December 2026) on a specific topic and build relationships, apply learnings, and reflect as a group. The deadline to apply is April 24.
Benefits of joining a Community Circle
Community Circles are based in reflective practice where participants learn how to process their experiences with children and families. Experienced and equity centered facilitators offer a collective space that prioritizes trust and safety. Through conversation participants learn to build resilience against trauma, burnout, and compassion fatigue.
We know it’s essential for caregivers and providers to have a strong connection with the babies and children in their care. That is why our Community Circles are grounded in the community co-designed principles for Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health.
