Families need accessible community spaces and quality programming for children to grow up happy, healthy, safe, and thriving.  

Through Best Starts Capital Program Priority 3 request for proposals, we are excited to expand child care and early learning facilities to increase capacity for multipurpose uses and complement the Early Learning Facilities funding under the PSTAA Implementation Plan.
