Communities of Opportunity seeks an individual, organization, or team to co-design with COO staff and stakeholders a new speaker series. The purpose of the speaker series is to create a platform to highlight COO partners’ work and to incite a strategic set of conversations for COO stakeholders to learn new innovate strategies and approaches, and learn from leaders in the field.

This role will be responsible for curating a speaker series related to themes emerging from COO partners’ work and aligns with COO focus areas: Health and Policy, Community Driven Development, Building Community Wealth; all content will align with COO’s racial equity emphasis.

COO anticipates that the speaker series will include COO funded partners, National Movement Building Partners or Subject Matter Experts, and Local Institutional/Philanthropic/Non-Profit Partners as participants. The speaker series is intended to reach a broad audience including local community members, local non-profit and social movement building organizations and philanthropic and public sector leaders.

Proposals are due October 6
