High-quality after-school and summer programs support our children and young people’s education, social emotional well-being and overall health and well-being. In partnership with School’s Out Washington, Best Starts for Kids funds and partners with organizations that provide high-quality programming for young people between the ages of 5-13 through a range of activities including academic enrichment, cultural and social development activities, physical activity and health promotion, arts education, and leadership development.
