Communities of Opportunity (COO) is an initiative to create equitable community connection, economic opportunity, health, and housing outcomes regardless of place or race. COO is seeking an agency/organization to conduct an evaluation of this existing initiative. The evaluation will answer the overarching evaluation question:
To what extent and in what ways has the initiative’s cross-cutting strategies strengthened community connections and increased equity (by race, place and income) in housing, health and economic conditions in King County?
The most competitive candidates will be an agency/organization with demonstrated experience:
- Evaluating cross-sector initiatives related to community development, economic conditions, health, and/or housing.
- Applying an equity lens and working with diverse communities.
Organizations led by people of color and women are encouraged to apply.
