Best Starts for Kids is hiring an Evaluation Co-Lead! If you would like to be part of a flexible evaluation team that designs and implements program evaluation and performance measurement; conducts research; constructs, refines and analyzes measurement data sets; and reports findings to stakeholders, consider applying today.

This position sits within the Department of Community and Human Services (DCHS) and will serve as an evaluation co-lead with a counterpart from Public Health Seattle – King County. This position directly supervises at least one DCHS evaluator and serves as the lead evaluator for Best Starts’ strategies targeted at youth ages 5-24.

This Evaluation Co-Lead PPM III position collaborates with team members supporting the evaluation of other initiatives including the Veterans, Seniors, and Human Services Levy and the Mental Illness and Drug Dependency tax. This position requires significant collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to develop common processes, share methods, and respond to data requests. The Department encourages people of all backgrounds to apply, including people of color, immigrants, refugees, women, LGBTQ, people with disabilities, veterans and those with lived experience.
