Announcing 61 Investing Early RFP awardees

Published December 23, 2025

Children grow up healthy and thrive when expecting parents, babies, and young children are supported during their critical development years alongside their families and caregivers. Through our Investing Early Together request for proposals, we’re excited to provide relationship-centered and community-led programming and meet families where they are: in the home, out in community, at child care, or wherever children are cared for.

Meet the Investing Early Together awardees!

The Investing Early Together awardees are part of three Best Starts strategies:

Community-Based Parenting Supports (CBPS): 25 programs will offer services in community settings and spaces where caregivers and families are comfortable gathering. CBPS programs include: Kaleidoscope Play and Learn, Parent-Caregiver Information and Supports, and Lactation and Perinatal Support Services. Learn about the partners!

Home-Based Services (HBS): 17 programs will provide ongoing, voluntary, relationship-based support in the places where families live. We recognize a spectrum of different home visiting programs and models, including Nationally-Implemented Models and Community-Designed Models. Learn about the partners!

Universal Developmental Screening & Promotion (UDSP): 19 programs will provide culturally appropriate information, training, tools, and connections among early childhood providers to ensure all families have a deep understanding of their child’s development. Programs will partner with families to increase interest in and access to developmental information, screening, and referrals for young children and destigmatize developmental differences. Learn about the partners!
