Children and families thrive when they have access to the resources they need – when, where, and how they need them. Our Help Me Grow strategy provides families with warm connections and direct support – not just referrals – to navigate systems effectively. Our partners support parents and caregivers with what they need in a relational, culturally rooted, and accessible way.

We are excited to announce the 8 awardees for our Help Me Grow request for proposals!

  • Afghan Health Initiative
  • Chinese Information and Service Center
  • FamilyWorks
  • InterCultural Children & Family Services
  • Open Arms Perinatal Services
  • Open Doors for Multicultural Families
  • Vashon Youth & Family Services
  • Voices of Tomorrow
