The pilot will invest over $25 million in additional compensation to an enrolled cohort of child care workers through 2027.

As part of that work, the pilot will have a work group that will support the development of the pilot, research, and seek to drive systemic change. The work group will be composed of diverse workers, providers, partners, and key stakeholders connected to the child care sector. Applications for the work group are now open.
