Best Starts for Kids held our second open house of 2022 on March 30. Our open house events are an opportunity for community organizations to learn more about Best Starts for Kids investment and strategy areas, hear about upcoming funding opportunities, and meet our program manager teams!
At our latest open house we spoke with 73 people across five sessions. We were excited to welcome so many newcomers: 37 percent of attendees stated they previously had not received Best Starts for Kids funding. Looking ahead to the next open house for funding opportunities opening in July, August, and September? We’ll be hosting it on Wednesday June, 29. We plan to host an open house at the start of each quarter to share upcoming funding opportunities.
