Applications are due by 2 pm on November 12.

Overview

In order to create a stronger system of community-based organizations in King County, we are seeking to partner with skilled technical assistance providers and capacity building organizations or individuals to work closely with us to provide resources and strengthen assets and capabilities of community-based organizations so they can effectively and equitably provide services to children, youth, families and communities.

Technical assistance and capacity building supports will help organizations apply for Best Starts funding opportunities, as well as improve their internal processes and capacities in areas like board development, data and evaluation capacity, equity and social justice, fiscal operations, human resources, IT, legal affairs, marketing, needs assessments, organizational development, and volunteer management. A full description of the services being sought through this RFQ is covered in Section II, C. of the RFQ.
