Public Health’s Communicable Disease and Immunization Section is hiring a Disease Research and Intervention Specialist – Perinatal Hepatitis B Disease Investigator. This position works directly with the Perinatal Hepatitis B Prevention Program team including epidemiologists, Public Health Nurses, Disease Research and Intervention Specialists, and program managers within the Immunization Program.
The successful candidate will have demonstrated knowledge of disease surveillance and investigation methods, and bring knowledge and experience in prenatal care, women’s health, and pediatric immunizations.
This position reports to the Perinatal Hepatitis B Prevention Program Manager in the Communicable Disease Epidemiology & Immunization (CD/IMMS) section of Public Health’s Prevention Division.
