Best Starts for Kids is hiring two positions to join our Help Me Grow team. The Help Me Grow framework is an overarching strategy for organizing Best Starts for Kids prenatal to 5 investments. This framework is informed by the national Help Me Grow model–an evidence-based, family-centered framework for prevention and early intervention efforts. Both positions report to the Best Starts for Kids Help Me Grow Strategic Advisor within Public Health’s Office of the Director and will work in alignment with staff from the Department of Community and Human Services and Public Health – Seattle & King County.
Best Starts for Kids Help Me Grow Coordinator (PPM II)
The Help Me Grow Systems Coordinator supports the Help Me Grow Strategic Advisor and the Vroom Activation and Help Me Grow Systems Manager in the development and implementation of King County’s Best Starts for Kids Help Me Grow framework strategic plan. This position is responsible for convening of key partners and community organizations in implementing Help Me Grow throughout King County, including but not limited to scheduling meetings, managing meeting logistics, preparing agendas and presentation materials, documenting key decisions, and providing follow-up to participants after meetings.

Best Starts for Kids Help Me Grow Project Manager (PPM III)
The Help Me Grow Project Manager provides overall Project Management support to the Best Starts implementation of King County’s Best Starts for Kids Help Me Grow framework strategic plan. This position is responsible for providing project management and leadership in the design, development and implementation of workgroups specific to the Help Me Grow Framework within King County. The Help Me Grow Project Manager implements short and long-term objectives that focus on partnership expansion, systems launch and continuous improvement.
